Herve Leger

Looks like Herve Leger is bringing its classic look back.  I'm a fan.  I really like Herve Leger's use of thin models with small busts . . . This is proof that even flat-chested thin girls can be beautiful too.  (Most of the men I know prefer women with huge curves.)

Why Saks continues to be my favorite luxury retailer

I don't have the money for such luxuries at the moment, but let me point out the ridiculous markdowns on the following authentic Herve Leger dresses at Saks Fifth Avenue.  As an aside, I should mention that this was an exclusive online sale available only to its loyal customers.  (Click to enlarge the following images.)

Bottom line: Don't pay MSRP.  Don't get ripped off on eBay.  Exercise patience, my dears.  Such great bargains will appear occasionally on Saks, Gilt, and Hautelook.

BCBG slim skirt

Last month, I won a $100 gift card from Saks, which I used to get a free BCBG textured tube skirt in the azalea color.  For once, I was actually stumped about how to wear something.  Luckily some ideas arrived in my inbox from BCBG.

The quality, texture, and fit of the BCBG textured tube skirt is almost exactly the same as my Herve Leger bandage dress from the fall 2008 runway collection.  I'm not surprised, because BCBGMAXAZRIA Group acquired the Herve Leger fashion house.

Ten Essentials: for the Girl in Law School

If I were allowed to keep only ten pieces from my wardrobe, I would choose the items shown above, based on my needs as a law student.

2. blouse that can be worn with a suit or jeans

Photo Shoot for Smithe Atlanta Models Agency

Here are some photos from my latest photo shoot for Smithe Atlanta Models Agency. Smithe Atlanta Models Agency is a non-exclusive modeling agency, which allows me to model for projects not affiliated with the agency. Enjoy the pictures!

That wild strand of hair bothers me too. I am wearing a Herve Leger dress (fall 2008 runway collection) and Christian Louboutin shoes (No Prive 120 in Blue Tiger).

Here, I am wearing a more bourgeois outfit - an Express shirt, Rich & Skinny jeans, and Christian Louboutin shoes (Yoyospina 100 in Silver Leopard).

Here, I am wearing a Matthew Williamson for H&M swimsuit, Amrita Singh earrings, and Luella sunglasses.

Yes, I know I am not curvy.
